The online portal shooter Splitgate developed by 1047 games is currently in an open beta phase. This was so successful that the servers did not grown to the player's tower and even had to be taken off for a short time. The publication of the full version was subsequently moved backwards.
Now, during a Q & A from the official side, a planned NEXT gene upgrade for Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5 was announced, which was also shifted backwards by the consequences of the overwhelming player numbers.
Unfortunately, the developers did not call a start date and did not betray concrete details of content. However, it can be assumed that the update will contain the usual improvements such as more FPS or a higher resolution.
Players continue to join the possibility of the open beta phase of SPLITGATE. In addition to the action on the battlefields, the beta already contains various unlockable cosmetics and a paid arena pass full of rewards and steps. The full version of the shooter should appear in the next few weeks.
