Last week saw the release of Edition of the tenth anniversary of Skyrim, and in honor of the occasion, Todd Howard of Bethesda held a Reddit AMA. The session was full of interesting questions, and Howard took the opportunity to reveal details about some upcoming projects of the company, as well as some previous ones. In particular, the Inexplicable haddock Reddit user asked Howard about Fallout 4 cut underwater dome. Howard revealed that the vault would have been inspired by BioS hock, but did not elaborate on why this element did not get to the final game.
Content unfortunate court. Vault Bios hock style. With a massive octopus sensitive living out of it, said Howard.
Unfortunately, the video game industry is full of similar stories of content that ended in the editing room. Sometimes it is due to lack of time, sometimes financing, or it may simply be that the material does not work, for one reason or another. Howard using the word unfortunate would seem to suggest that the problem was related to time or budget constraints rather than a lack of quality compared to the rest of the game. That probably will not make anyone feel better by omitting, of course! For now, fans of Fallout only have to wonder what might have been.
Fortunately, the AMA also contained good news for fans of Fallout! A Reddit user asked Howard about Car television series Amazon process. The show was announced more than a year, with West world Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy attachments. The lack of news about the program might have led some to assume quietly canceled, but that s not the case. Reddit Howard confirmed that the series is still in progress. It seems that fans might be waiting a while before. Car is transmitting, but hopefully result in a program that will match the quality that fans expect.
Are you disappointed that this content has been deleted from Fallout 4 ? Do you think it would have been a good addition? Let us know in the comments or share your thoughts directly on Twitter in @marcdachamp to talk about everything related to games!
