When you talk about the kind 4X turn-based, you can not talk without mentioning the franchise Sid Meier. The Civilization franchise has always been a reference in the world The 4X and with the expansion and the port of the sixth iteration making its way to the PS4, Civilization VI proves that Sid is still as strong as the kind of leader since Civ IV is the best one easily 4X games I've ever played and console port is almost perfect, making it an exciting and completely captivating experience.
Civ VI did the same with his predecessors by pushing you to expand your empire through the ages, turn. Your choice to build an empire is related to selection of the greatest leaders of the world, each with their own skills, special abilities and unique ways for each dynasty to feel different and challenging. There are a number of different cards that you can use to never repeat the same construction each time. The unique versions you always pose a challenge, but I like to create your own games and keep a reasonable size for maps, which are based on the turn. Nothing worse than trying to help some of your strengths and to have attacked 37 turns.
The considerable appeal of this game is not just the fact that you get a seemingly new experience every time or the variety of ways to play. The biggest attraction of Civ IV is the ease with which it is easy to get lost. The hours pass and you always try to make sure your new colony survives and economic alliance that you have with Canadians continues to thrive. Frankly, I play as I write this. Between turns, I jump on my laptop to log out of this review, so if that does not tell you how good this game is very consumer, I do not have a better example.
In addition to the normal game, there is an online component if you think you can beat the visitors in the struggle for survival and expansion. There are also a number of scenarios that you can try if you want a timed experience and do not throw all your weekend. Again, this only adds to the incredible amount of play and replayability offered Civilization VI.
The type 4X full of great games that you will lose The hours. Very few make the transition from PC to console effortlessly. The game looks great, the music is very relaxing and surprisingly not bad considering the number of hours spent playing and playing, and I have almost no problems with the game. The only thing that strikes me I suppose, is that even if they were successful in placing orders on the PS4 controller, it is always clear for PC. It's so tiny, but I had a few occasions where I would have wished that controls are arranged differently.
Basically, if you like 4X games or if you are a fan of Civilization, you need to know. But you do not need me to tell you that. It is already on your list and Civilization VI Sid Meier is already in the download queue. If it does not, you have time to remedy that.
Next week, I will attack the Gathering Storm expansion pack for Civilization VI. With the level of fun that I have had and the fantastic gameplay that I've had so far, I expect the best of the new pack. Come and find out if the additions are worth their weight in gold.
